The Mantra project is an ongoing collaboration in which I ask volunteers to embroider the statement:

"I will know I have made it when others make my work for me".

The project has been exhibited at Bull City Arts Collaborative, Durham, NC (left) and Catherine J. Smith Gallery, Boone, NC (right). Each panel is 8" x 18". The volunteer embroiderers are always credited during exhibition, and thus far have included: Jennifer Calogero, Emily Dixon, Julie Rachlin, Leatrice Ferguson & Janice Rymsha, Candace Edgerley, Elissa R.
